Pokemon was a 4 floor tenant improvement in the new Lincoln Square 2 in Bellevue. We had done a 2 floor project for Pokemon in 2014 and due to their expansion needs they elected to move to be able to have more contiguous space. The project has a 4 story stairway that we provided color changing lights in to be able to make each floor a different color. There is also a Pokeball at the top of the stairs that changes color.
