BUILDING INFORMATION MODELING (BIM)

Connecting complex conceptual designs using 3-D models.

Our CAD professionals have been in the industry for over a decade, and deliver fast and accurate results using Building Information Modeling and 3-D Modeling to plan, design, and provide precise information. Our team also utilizes Navisworks to incorporate major building elements.

The Evergreen Power Systems’ CAD department uses consistent, compatible models created in AutoCAD Revit MEP software, to minimize time-consuming errors between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architects. Uploads to NavisWorks coordinate major building elements and systems during design, avoiding collisions between elements and reducing the risk of construction cost overruns.

Installation Preparation

Reduce potential costly and time consuming conflicts from arising during installation by coordinating team initiatives, aligning systems, and proactively mitigating possible project obstacles.

Integrating the Details

Overcome spatial constraints by identifying the areas of opportunity in layout, assembly, or location for systems, devices, and equipment aimed at maximizing efficiency and productivity.

Concept Visualization

Take advantage of specialized design software applications that provide an accurate account and visual representation of the intricate details comprised within a complex electrical project.

Realistic modeling that facilitates coordination and anticipates potential conflicts.

By using CAD to generate plans, section, elevation, detail, and schedule views that precisely reflect design information. We Synchronized model views from a common database, which enables consistent break down and details the project into manageable work packages for our installers, equating to less time lost in the field.

This process also assists in reducing risk and liability by coordinating the operations of field crews and eliminating possible problems and constructability issues. Expanding beyond the planning, design and construction phases, our BIM practices account for the entire life cycle of the building and facilities as well as external environment factors.
