Edmonds Orthopedic Center Project Description

Tenant Improvement to construct new ambulatory surgery center with four operating rooms, six pre & post-operation bays, four recovery bays, and three extended recovery bays for stays less than 24 hours as well as sterile processing and associated spaces. The project also included associated mechanical (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing systems, an update of the existing MRI suite with existing scan room, equipment room, and RF shielding. The second floor of the building consisted of seven exam rooms, one procedure room, one x-ray room, and a business office.
