King County Court House Seismic Stabilization and TI Project

Provided a seismic retrofit to a hundred year old twelve-story Seattle historic building. As part of the project electrical, mechanical, sprinkler and plumbing systems were upgraded to comply with today’s demands and code requirements. Throughout the project this historic courthouse remained open to serve the county, courts, 911 call center, inmate work release and the public. During this time Evergreen replaced the electrical emergency distribution, portions of the electrical normal distribution, the fire alarm system and the electrical system to support mechanical, convenience power and lighting. Evergreen was on site for twenty-three months, and the project came in on time and within budget.
